About Amir Al Haj

I am Amir Al Haj, legal consultant and founder of Digitalt Stöd. With approximately 8 years of experience from the Swedish Migration Agency, I have worked in several different positions that have given me deep knowledge in immigration law and administrative processes.

My background and experience

During my time at the Swedish Migration Agency, I have worked as a:

Case Officer

Direct contact with cases and decision-making

Supervisor

Guidance and support to clients in complex cases

Team Leader

Team management and quality assurance of work processes

Trainer

Teaching new employees laws, routines, and practices

This multifaceted experience has given me a deep understanding of both the practical application of immigration legislation and the challenges that both individuals and authorities face in these processes.
